Dr Jessica Howitt
I’ve been working as a doctor since 2010 and in 2015 qualified as a General Practitioner, gaining membership into the Royal College of General Practitioners. As a result, I have a wealth of knowledge and experience in all areas of medicine. As well as specialising in General Practice, I have expertise in Women’s Health, achieving a post- graduate diploma in Obstetrics and Gynaecology from the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists. I currently work as an NHS GP, an online GP for two online consulting companies and as a freelance medical writer.
My combined experience as a fully-qualified doctor and successful blogger enables me to provide a range of professional, high quality content.
My work as a doctor not only allows me to write about health problems credibly, but gives me the experience to translate complex medical terms into easily understandable, engaging and educational content for the reader.
I have extensive experience working with a range of medical professionals, magazines/ online websites and PR companies. I provide a wide range of services including website copy, health education resources, blog posts and feature articles.

Rebecca Howitt- Yoga Teacher
I have been practising yoga for 12 years, stepping onto the mat for the first time while at university. However, it wasn’t until I spent a year living in rural Japan that I realised the the transformative power of yoga and committed to a regular practice. In August 2014 I took the plunge and headed to Bali to become a certified vinyasa flow yoga teacher, through Frog Lotus Yoga International. I now teach weekly classes in south-west London to both adults and children.
My core belief is that yoga is for everyone: old, young, male or female, yoga is a practice that can offer you as much as you choose to accept. My intention is to guide you on your journey, making it as fulfilling and enjoyable as possible. My classes cater for the needs of each individual, focusing on developing strength and flexibility; teaching correct body alignment; and encouraging synchronicity between breath and movement. My classes are light-hearted and fun, while hopefully providing space for meditation too.
